Description
CASSIDA COOLANT is a propylene glycol-based fluid with anti-corrosion additives, designed for closed systems in food and beverage industry applications, such as chilling or cooling food and beverages.
Formulated from a carefully selected blend of synthetic fluids and additives, it meets the rigorous requirements of the food and beverage sector.
NSF-registered (Class H1) for incidental food contact, CASSIDA COOLANT is manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in HACCP-audited facilities that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene systems.

Applications
     •  Mix with water (preferably low-hardness, demineralized, or distilled) to prepare a solution. Refer to mixing tables for guidance.
     •  Suitable for secondary cooling or heating in the food and beverage industry.
     •  Designed for closed cooling systems, including those with potential incidental food contact.
     •  Not for direct contact with food, whether packaged or unpackaged (e.g., immersion cooling applications).
     •  Applicable for deicing and defrosting.
     •  Offers freeze, burst, and corrosion protection for pipelines.

General Instructions

     •  The fluid and equipment should be regularly checked to ensure safe operation.
     •  Contamination with food ingredients may encourage bacterial or fungal growth, requiring extra attention.

Seal and Paint Compatibility
Compatible with the elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints commonly used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage
     •  Should be stored separately from non-food-grade lubricants, chemicals, and foodstuffs.
     •   Should be kept away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
     •  Storage temperature: 0°C to +40°C.

The product be used within 2 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 1 year (or within 2 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
