CASSIDA FLUID CP SPRAY is a fully synthetic corrosion protection fluid designed for use in food and beverage processing and packaging equipment. This easy-to-handle fluid offers excellent performance and yield, making it ideal for protecting machinery in the food industry. It is formulated with a blend of synthetic fluids and carefully selected additives to meet the stringent standards of the food and beverage industry.

Registered by NSF (Class H1) for use where there is potential for incidental food contact, CASSIDA FLUID CP SPRAY is manufactured in facilities adhering to FLT Quality Standards, including HACCP audits and Good Manufacturing Practices, and is part of the ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene management systems.

General Instructions

Before applying CASSIDA FLUID CP SPRAY, ensure that metal surfaces are clean and dry. The fluid can be applied using a brush, air-pressured vaporizer, spray guns, or immersion baths (recommended in many cases).
Any surfaces or metal parts protected by CASSIDA FLUID CP SPRAY must be cleaned with an appropriate cleaner and drinking water before contacting foodstuffs.

Seal and Paint Compatibility

Compatible with elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints commonly used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage

All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend to use the product within 5 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 5 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
