Description

CASSIDA FLUID DCE 15 is a versatile, easy-to-use fluid designed for specialized applications in the food manufacturing industry. Developed to meet stringent industry requirements, it is formulated with carefully selected synthetic fluids. Certified by NSF for both direct food contact applications (Class 3H) and incidental food contact (Class H1). Manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices, as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 hygiene and quality management systems.

Applications

     •  Release agent for grills, loaf pans, cutters, boning benches, chopping blocks, and other hard surfaces to prevent food adhesion during processing.
     •  Lubrication for dough dividers.
     •  Forming oil for manufacturing two- and three-piece food and beverage cans (stamping, deep-drawing, and bending).
     •  Stamping and deep drawing of aluminum foils used in food packaging.
     •  Release agent for blister machine molds used in deep-drawing of films (bottom films).
     •  Lightly loaded chain lubrication.

Application Instructions

Ensure metal surfaces are clean and dry before applying CASSIDA FLUID DCE 15. The product can be applied using:
     •  Spray cans
     •  Brushes
     •  Oil feeders or drip-feed systems
     •  Air-pressured vaporizers
     •  Spray guns

Seal and Paint Compatibility

Compatible with most elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints typically used in food machinery lubrication systems. Avoid use with polyurethane-based elastomers, leather, cork, and asbestos-based materials.

Handling and Storage

All food-grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemicals, and foodstuffs. Direct sunlight and heat sources, should be avoided and storage temperatures between 0°C and +40°C should be maintained. Under these conditions, the product has a shelf life of up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, use within 2 years or within the original 5-year shelf life, whichever is sooner.
