Product Description

CASSIDA FM FLUID DC 68 is a  versatile fluid designed specifically for the food manufacturing industry. Formulated with a precise blend of components, this fluid meets the strict demands of food-grade applications. Certified by NSF for ISO 21469 compliance, it is registered for both direct contact use (Class 3H) and incidental food contact (Class H1). Manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), these fluids also comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene standards.

Applications
     •  Release agent for grills, loaf pans, cutters, boning benches, chopping blocks, and other hard surfaces to prevent food adhesion.
     •  Forming oil for producing two- and three-piece food and beverage cans.

Seal and Paint Compatibility
     •  Compatible with commonly used elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints found in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage


All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend to use the product within 5 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 5 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
