Product Description

CASSIDA FM FLUID RC 150 is a high-performance fluid designed for rotary cooking equipment in food and beverage canning facilities. Formulated with a precise combination of fluids and additives, it meets the rigorous standards of the food industry. NSF-registered for incidental food contact (Class H1), it is manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 hygiene management systems.

Applications
     •  Ideal for centralised lubrication systems in rotary cookers and sterilisers, including can exchange valves and other moving parts.
     •  Suitable for use on drives and transport chains in the food industry.
     •  Can be applied manually with a brush, through lubrication baths, or via automatic lubrication systems.

Seal and Paint Compatibility
     •  Compatible with the elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints commonly used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage

All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend to use the product within 5 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 5 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
