Description

CASSIDA FM GREASE EP 1.5 is a high-performance, extreme pressure grease designed for food and beverage machinery requiring frequent reapplication or high grease consumption. It is formulated with a modified aluminum complex thickener, premium base fluids, and additives specifically chosen to meet the rigorous demands of the industry.
Certified by NSF for incidental food contact (Class H1) and ISO 21469 compliance. Manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene systems.

Applications
     •  Frequent Reapplication Needs: Suitable for machinery with high grease consumption or requiring regular grease changes.
     •  General Lubrication: Ideal for lightly to heavily loaded plain or roller bearings, joints, linkages, and slides.
     •  Shock Loads: Effective for pellet press bearings subjected to shock loads where extreme performance is not critical.

Handling and Storage
All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend that the product be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 3 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
