Description
CASSIDA GREASE GTM 2 is a water-resistant, extreme pressure lubricant engineered specifically for machinery used in food and beverage processing and packaging industries.
This grease is formulated with a calcium sulphonate complex thickener, synthetic base fluids, and carefully selected additives to meet the stringent demands of the food industry.
It is registered by NSF (Class H1) for incidental food contact and manufactured according to FLT Quality Standards. Production facilities comply with HACCP audits and Good Manufacturing Practices, forming part of the ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene systems.
Applications
• Lubrication of electric motors, pumps, conveyors, mixers, gear units, and bearings
• Medium-speed bearings operating under challenging conditions
• Heavy-loaded and shock-loaded machinery
Seal and Paint Compatibility
• Compatible with elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints typically used in food machinery lubrication systems.
Handling and Storage
All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend that the product be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 3 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
