Description

CASSIDA GREASE GTX 2 is a water-resistant, heavy-duty lubricant designed specifically for the grease lubrication of machinery in the food and beverage processing and packaging industries.
Formulated with a calcium sulphonate complex thickener, synthetic base fluids, and carefully selected additives, this grease meet the demanding requirements of the food industry.
It is registered by NSF (Class H1) for incidental food contact and produced following FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices, as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene systems.

Applications
     •  Lubrication of steam dryers, electric motors, pumps, conveyors, mixers, gear units, and bearings
     •  Low to medium-speed bearings operating in challenging conditions
     •  Heavy-loaded and shock-loaded machinery
Can also serve as:
     •  Protective anti-rust film
     •  Release agent for gaskets and seals on tank closures

Seal and Paint Compatibility
     •  Fully compatible with elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints commonly used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage

Food-grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemicals, and food products. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, and store between 0°C and +40°C.
Under recommended storage conditions, the product should be used within 3 years of manufacture.
Once opened, the product should be used within 2 years or before the 3-year shelf life from the manufacturing date, whichever comes first.
