Description
CASSIDA GREASE HDS 2 is a premium heavy-duty synthetic grease, specifically designed for the lubrication of machinery in the food and beverage processing and packaging industry.
Formulated with an aluminum complex thickener, synthetic fluids, and carefully selected additives, this grease meets the rigorous requirements of the food and beverage sector.
NSF-certified for ISO 21469 and registered as Class H1, they are manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities adhering to HACCP protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO 9001/ISO 21469 quality systems.

CASSIDA GREASE HDS 00 can also be utilized as protective anti-rust coatings and as release agents for gaskets and seals on tank closures.

Seal and Paint Compatibility

Handling and Storage

All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend that the product be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 3 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
