Description
CASSIDA GREASE RLS 000 is a specialized grease designed for machinery in the food and beverage processing and packaging industry.
Formulated with an aluminum complex thickener, synthetic fluids, and carefully selected additives, it meets the demanding standards of the food and beverage sector.
NSF-registered (Class H1) for incidental food contact, it is manufactured under FLT Quality Standards in facilities following HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices as part of ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene systems.

Applications
     •  Lightly loaded, grease-lubricated gearboxes.
     •  Automatic or centralized lubrication systems.
     •  Packaging machinery equipped with automated oil or grease lubrication systems.

Seal and Paint Compatibility
     •  Compatible with the elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints typically used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage
     •  Should be stored separately from non-food-grade lubricants, chemicals, and foodstuffs.
     •  Direct sunlight and heat sources should be avoided.
     •  Optimal storage temperature: 0°C to +40°C.
Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend that the product be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 3 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
