Description
CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID SPRAY is a high-performance, fully synthetic, multipurpose lubricant designed for use in the food and beverage processing and packaging industries. It is ideal for lubricating conveyors, slow rotating machinery, small bearings, and pivot points. The formulation is based on a synthetic fluid chosen specifically for its ability to meet the rigorous demands of the food industry.

Registered by NSF for use in both direct contact (Class 3H) and incidental food contact (Class H1) applications, CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID SPRAY is manufactured according to FUCHS Quality Standards in facilities that undergo HACCP audits and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. These standards are part of the ISO 9001 and ISO 21469 quality and hygiene management systems.

CASSIDA SILICONE FLUID SPRAY is stable and does not emulsify with water, alcohols, glycols, or glycerines. It is soluble in non-polar organic solvents, including ketones, ethers, esters, and higher alcohols.

Seal and Paint Compatibility

Compatible with elastomers, gaskets, seals, and paints commonly used in food machinery lubrication systems.

Handling and Storage

All food grade lubricants should be stored separately from other lubricants, chemical substances and foodstuffs and out of direct sunlight or other heat sources. Store between 0 °C and +40 °C. Provided that the product has been stored under these conditions we recommend to use the product within 5 years from the date of manufacture. Upon opening a pack, the product must be used within 2 years (or within 5 years of date of manufacture, whichever is the sooner).
