PARALIQ 91 – High-Performance Food-Grade Lubricating Oil
Product Description
PARALIQ 91 is a food-grade lubricating oil formulated with synthetic ester oil, designed as a release agent for tins, molds, cutting boards, and other solid surfaces that come into contact with food. It is odorless and tasteless, ensuring no impact on product quality.
Certified with NSF H1 registration, PARALIQ 91 complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for applications with incidental food contact in industries such as:
- Food processing
- Cosmetics
- Pharmaceuticals
- Animal feed production
Additionally, NSF 3H registration allows PARALIQ 91 to serve as a direct food-contact lubricant, meeting FDA CFR 21 § 178.3910 (a) requirements. This makes it ideal for use in metal packaging production, enhancing process reliability. However, we recommend an additional risk assessment, such as HACCP, for optimal safety compliance.
Applications
PARALIQ 91 is widely used as a release agent in various industries, including:
- Food Processing – Ideal for baking tins and molds
- Textile Industry – Functions as a high-performance needle and sinker oil
- Pharmaceutical & Packaging – Used for deep-drawing or bending of packaging materials
- Blister Packaging Machines – Ensures smooth film deep-drawing (bottom film)
Application Guidelines
- PARALIQ 91 can be applied using a brush, oil feeder, or drip-feed system directly onto baking tins and molds.
- For best results, ensure all lubrication points are thoroughly cleaned before application to maintain maximum hygiene standards.
