Description

PARALIQ GA 3400 is a high-quality lubricant formulated with paraffinic mineral oil and an aluminum complex soap thickener.

This lubricant is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for incidental contact with products and packaging in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed industries.

Using PARALIQ GA 3400 helps increase the reliability of your production processes. However, we recommend conducting an additional risk analysis (e.g., HACCP) for enhanced safety compliance.

Key Benefits

  • Excellent corrosion and wear protection
  • Soft consistency for smooth lubrication
  • Effective for enclosed gears, worm gears, and chains
  • Designed for dip-feed lubrication

Applications

PARALIQ GA 3400 is specifically developed for enclosed gears in food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Its excellent lubrication properties make it ideal for:

  • Dip-feed lubrication of gear drives and worm gears
  • Chains and gearwheels requiring consistent protection

Application Guidelines

  • Application Methods: Apply using a brush, spatula, grease gun, or centralized lubrication system.
  • Pre-Application Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all lubrication points to maintain maximum hygiene standards for food-safe H1 lubrication.
  • Re-Lubrication Process:
    • If cleaning is not feasible, we recommend purging the system to replace the existing grease.
    • Avoid over-lubrication for optimal performance.
  • Compatibility & Support:
    • For grease miscibility or re-lubrication procedures, please consult our technical experts.
