Description

PARALIQ P 12 is medically pure specialty oil that is odorless and tasteless, conforming to the European Pharmacopoeia (medical white oil) standards.

Thi lubricant is NSF H1 registered, ensuring compliance with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making them suitable for incidental contact with food products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed industries. It's use can enhance production reliability, though an additional risk assessment (e.g., HACCP) is recommended.

Additionally, PARALIQ P 12 is NSF 3H registered, meaning they can also be used as surface lubricants in food production. They conform to FDA CFR 21 § 178.3910(a), making them suitable for use in metal packaging production for food applications.


Application

PARALIQ P 12 is designed for use in food-processing and pharmaceutical machinery requiring medically pure oils, including:

  • Spindles, joints, chains, gearwheels, plain bearings, pistons, guides, and tubular tracks
  • Corrosion protection applications
  • Heat transfer oil in enclosed systems within the food-processing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries

Application Instructions

  • Oil can be applied using a brush, oil feeder, or automatic lubrication system.
  • When using automatic lubrication systems, ensure the maximum viscosity aligns with the machine manufacturer’s specifications.
  • If using PARALIQ P 12 as a heat transfer oil, the operating temperature must not exceed 200°C. Regular monitoring of its chemical and physical properties is recommended.
