Description

Klüber Summit HySyn FG 100 is a high-performance, mineral oil-free compressor oils made from synthetic hydrocarbons. It complies with German food safety regulations (LMBG, § 5, section 1, sentence 1) and meet the requirements outlined in 21 CFR 178.3570 of the FDA regulations.

Designed to meet VDL standards, these oils offer exceptional oxidation resistance, excellent low-temperature performance, and effective friction and wear reduction. They also provide superior corrosion protection and exhibit excellent air and water separation properties.

Application

Due to their mineral oil-free composition, Klüber Summit HySyn FG is ideal for use in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

  • Klüber Summit HySyn FG-100 is recommended for reciprocating and rotary vane compressors.

Shelf Life

When stored in its sealed, original container in a dry environment, Klüber Summit HySyn FG 100 oil has a minimum shelf life of approximately 60 months.

Compatibility

Based on our knowledge, Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils are compatible with all materials resistant to mineral oil, including:

  • Neoprene (NBR), FPM, PTFE
  • Acrylic and epoxy resin paints
  • Nylon (polyamide) and PVC
