Product Description

UNISILKON TK 002/500 fluid is transparent, clear oil formulated with methyl silicone, providing excellent stability across a wide temperature range. This versatile lubricant ensures consistent performance in demanding applications.

UNISILKON TK 002/500 is NSF H1 registered, meeting FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 standards. It is suitable for incidental food contact, making them ideal for industries such as:

  • Food processing
  • Cosmetics
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Animal feed production

To enhance process reliability, we recommend conducting an additional risk assessment, such as HACCP.

Furthermore, UNISILKON TK 002/500 have been NSF / ANSI / CAN 61 tested, making it suitable for use as assembly aids in drinking water applications.


Applications

Release Agent:

  • Suitable for rubber and plastic components
  • Ideal for sealing and welding equipment in packaging and plastics processing
  • Prevents welding bead formation in shielded arc welding

Protective Coating:
