With thermal stability up to 300°C, it is the ideal choice for baking oven applications.

As the first non-PTFE high-temperature grease of its kind to receive NSF-H1 registration, Klüberalfa HPX 93-1202 complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for incidental food contact. It is ideal for use in food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and animal feed industries. To further ensure compliance, we recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, such as HACCP.

Application Guidelines

For the best lubrication results:

1. Pre-cleaning: Use white spirit 180/210, followed by Klüberalfa XZ 3-1 to remove residues.
2. Drying: Blow surfaces with clean, dry compressed air or hot air to eliminate solvent traces.
3. Initial lubrication: Ensure friction points are completely clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, perspiration, and contaminants before applying the lubricant.
