Klüberfood NH1 94-301: High-Performance Food-Grade Lubricating Grease

Klüberfood NH1 94-301 is a high-performance lubricating grease formulated with a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon base oil and a calcium complex thickener. It is NSF H1-registered, meeting the FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 standard for food safety compliance.

As an NSF H1-certified lubricant, Klüberfood NH1 94-301 supports food safety protocols. However, its use should be part of a comprehensive food safety strategy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in food production environments.


Application

Klüberfood NH1 94-301 is designed for rolling bearings, plain bearings, and linear guides, particularly in blow molding equipment and other food industry applications.


Application Guidelines

  • Can be applied using a brush, spatula, grease gun, or centralized lubrication system.
  • For optimal hygiene, ensure lubrication points are thoroughly cleaned before application.
  • If cleaning is not possible, replace existing grease by purging the system during re-lubrication.
