Klüberfood NH1 94-51: High-Performance Food-Grade Lubricating Grease
Description
Klüberfood NH1 94-51 is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It is specially designed for incidental contact with food products and packaging materials in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. This lubricant offers outstanding wear protection, high load-carrying capacity, and excellent anticorrosive properties, making it ideal for complex systems with numerous friction points and varying operating conditions. The combination of rapid backflow and carefully selected antioxidants ensures long grease life, extended maintenance intervals, and significantly reduced production costs.
Application
Klüberfood NH1 94-51 is suitable for grease-lubricated precision gears, such as those found in industrial robots or medical equipment. It is especially well-suited for applications involving collaborative robots, where human interaction occurs.
Application Notes
For initial lubrication of precision gears, Klüberfood NH1 94-51 can be used. We recommend verifying the compatibility of the lubricant with the gears before use.
Before applying the grease, it is important to clean all lubrication points thoroughly and conduct a risk analysis, such as HACCP. Klüberfood NH1 94-51 can be applied using a spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge, or central lubrication system.
If your production process does not allow for cleaning, we recommend replacing the existing grease by purging the system during relubrication. In this case, ensure that the greases are compatible. Our team is available to assist you in checking grease compatibility and determining appropriate relubrication intervals.
