Klüberfood NH1 94-52: High-Performance Lubrication for Food and Pharmaceutical Industries
As a manufacturer or operator of production and packaging equipment in the food-processing or pharmaceutical industry, you face increasing challenges. One key requirement is to use a single lubricant solution for multiple applications while keeping up with new technologies and rising industry standards. To meet these demands, Klüberfood NH1 94-52 is a high-performance lubricant based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a specialized calcium soap.
This product is designed to help optimize your processes by offering excellent wear protection, high load-carrying capacity, and effective corrosion resistance. Klüberfood NH1 94-52 is NSF H1-registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for incidental contact with food and pharmaceutical products.
Key Benefits
- Superior wear protection for complex systems with multiple friction points.
- Extended maintenance intervals due to excellent adhesion and water resistance, leading to lower production costs.
- Versatile application as a multipurpose grease for rolling bearings and linear guides.
Application
Klüberfood NH1 94-52 is ideal for initial lubrication and relubrication of rolling bearings and linear guides. It has been proven in practice that multiple lubricants used within your plant can be replaced with a single solution: Klüberfood NH1 94-52.
Application Guidelines
- Before applying, ensure all lubrication points are thoroughly cleaned.
- Conduct a compatibility check before initial lubrication.
- For food safety, we recommend an additional risk analysis, such as HACCP.
- Apply the grease using a spatula, grease gun, cartridge, or central lubrication system.
- If cleaning before relubrication is not possible, existing grease should be purged to ensure compatibility.
