Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is a fluid grease formulated with highly refined synthetic hydrocarbons and a specialized calcium complex soap thickener.

This lubricant is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for incidental contact with products and packaging in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed industries. Using Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 can enhance the reliability of production processes; however, we recommend conducting a risk analysis (e.g., HACCP) for optimal safety.

Application Guidelines

Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 can be applied using a brush, spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge, or central lubrication system. To ensure maximum hygiene, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned before application. If cleaning is not feasible, the existing grease should be purged from the system during relubrication.
