Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 – High-Temperature Synthetic Chain Oil
Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil designed to enhance chain life and reduce maintenance costs. As fresh oil enters the system, it actively dissolves thermal residues, ensuring continuous minimum-quantity lubrication and minimizing lubricant consumption. Its exceptional thermal stability contributes to increased efficiency and extended maintenance intervals.
Certified for Food-Safe Applications
Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 is NSF H1-registered, meeting FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 standards for incidental food contact. It is specifically developed for use in:
- Food processing
- Cosmetics manufacturing
- Pharmaceutical industries
- Animal feed production
For optimal safety, we recommend conducting an additional risk assessment, such as HACCP analysis.
Applications
- Designed for high-temperature chain lubrication, particularly in oven transport chains used in large industrial bakeries and similar environments.
Application Guidelines
- Compatible with centralized lubrication systems using gear pumps.
- Can also be applied manually using a brush.
- Before using with elastomers or plastics, ensure compatibility testing.
- Keep away from open flames, flammable materials, and ignition sources.
