Klüberoil 4 UH 1-15 Spray – High-Performance Lubricant for Food & Pharmaceutical Industries

Description

Klüberoil 4 UH 1-15 Spray is a synthetic hydrocarbon-based lubricating aerosol designed for use in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. It offers excellent low-temperature performance and reliable corrosion protection.

This lubricant is NSF H1 registered, complying with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for applications where incidental food contact may occur. It can be used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed production to help improve process reliability. However, we recommend conducting a risk analysis (e.g., HACCP) before use.

Applications

Klüberoil 4 UH 1-15 is ideal for lubrication in environments where incidental food contact is unavoidable. Key applications include:

  • Barrier medium in mechanical seals
  • Lubrication of spindles, joints, and chains under low loads, even at low temperatures
  • Pneumatic maintenance units (as an effective H1 lubricant)
  • Steel component protection (Klüberoil 4 UH 1-15 Spray)

Application Notes

  • For Klüberoil 4 UH 1-15 Spray:
    • Do not spray in enclosed spaces (e.g., electrical cabinets).
    • Ensure proper ventilation to prevent the formation of explosive mixtures.
    • Allow the solvent to fully evaporate before operation.
    • Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces, and ignition sources.
