Klübersynth UH1 14-151 is specially formulated for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries, offering excellent anti-wear properties, water resistance, corrosion protection, and high aging and oxidation stability.
This lubricant is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570, making it suitable for incidental contact with food products and packaging materials in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed industries. Using Klübersynth UH1 14-151 can enhance the reliability of your production processes. However, we recommend conducting an additional risk assessment, such as HACCP, to ensure compliance with your safety standards.
Application
Klübersynth UH1 14-151 is designed for use in machinery and equipment in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries, particularly at lubrication points where incidental and technically unavoidable food contact may occur. To prevent issues related to lubricant contamination, we recommend using Klübersynth UH1 14-151 across all lubrication points.
This high-performance grease is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders, joints, guide bars, cams, and similar components.
Application Notes
Klübersynth UH1 14-151 can be applied using a brush, spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge, or centralized lubrication systems.
Before replacing existing greases with Klübersynth UH1 14-151, ensure that bearings are thoroughly cleaned and properly lubricated. If the greases are compatible, the transition can be managed through relubrication.
