Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 is a specialized grease designed for roller chains operating under high loads in mixed friction conditions, particularly in continuous flow sterilizers. This lubricant provides exceptional wear protection, even in challenging lubrication environments.

Its high resistance to water and steam makes it an excellent choice for applications in saturated steam atmospheres at standard sterilization temperatures.

Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 is NSF H1-registered, meeting FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 requirements, making it suitable for use in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and animal feed industries where incidental product contact may occur. For optimal safety and compliance, we recommend conducting a risk analysis (e.g., HACCP).
