Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 – High-Performance Food-Grade Grease

Product Description

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is a specialized grease designed for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. It offers excellent resistance to hot and cold water, ensuring reliable performance without affecting froth formation or the taste of beer.

This lubricant is NSF H1 registered, meeting FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 requirements, making it suitable for incidental food contact. It is ideal for use in:

  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Animal feed production

To enhance production reliability, we recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, such as HACCP.

Application Guidelines

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 can be applied using:

Compatibility Note:
While Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is generally compatible with most elastomers, we recommend using PARALIQ GTE 703 for applications involving EPDM seals (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber).
