Applications
MOLYKOTE® High-Vacuum Grease is designed for:
- Sealing and lubricating chemical processing equipment.
- Lubricating plug valves, control valves, flow meter bearings, ceramic plug cocks, fire extinguisher valves, and water treatment equipment.
- Protecting synthetic rubber gaskets and seals in high-temperature environments.
- Sealing vacuum and pressure systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Lubricating O-rings in binoculars and telescopes, preventing fogging of delicate lenses.

MOLYKOTE® High-Vacuum Grease is insoluble in:
- Water
- Methanol, ethanol
- Acetone, glycol, glycerine
It can be dispersed in:
- Kerosene
- Stoddard solvent
- Benzene, toluene
- Ethyl ether, petroleum ether
Chemical Resistance
MOLYKOTE® High-Vacuum Grease is highly resistant to:
- Most vegetable and mineral oils.
- Many organic compounds and common gases.
- Most aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, as well as dilute acids and alkalis.

Storage & Shelf Life
- Store at or below 30°C (86°F) in the original unopened containers.
- Shelf life: 60 months from the date of manufacture.
