ROCOL FOODLUBE AUTOLUBE is an electromechanically operated automatic lubricator pre-filled with FOODLUBE Premier 1, a high-performance grease designed for food, pharmaceutical, and other clean environments.

FOODLUBE Premier 1 is a soft, white, non-toxic grease formulated for the lubrication and protection of ball, roller, and plain bearings, slides, and bushes. It provides exceptional water wash-off resistance and corrosion protection, making it ideal for applications where hygiene and reliability are critical.

Usage Instructions

1. Pre-Prime: Before installation, prime the lubrication point with FOODLUBE Premier 1.
2. Set Timing: Configure the correct timing settings as detailed in the user guide.
3. Activate Unit: Press the SET button on the top of the unit when it is ready.
4. Install: Screw the unit into a ¼” BSP female fitting at the lubrication point.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store between +1°C and +40°C.
• Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
