Product Overview

ROCOL FOODLUBE DISMANTLING Spray is a non-toxic, fast-acting penetrating lubricant designed to release seized and corroded threaded fasteners while providing short-term corrosion protection.

NSF H1 registered, it is safe for incidental food contact, making it ideal for use in food processing, pharmaceutical, and other clean industries where a non-toxic solution is required or preferred.

Directions for Storage & Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Test compatibility on plastics, rubber, and painted or coated surfaces before application.
3. Hold the can upright and spray from 15-30 cm, thoroughly coating components—especially seized areas.
4. For severe cases, reapply after a few minutes for better penetration.
5. Use only in well-ventilated areas and avoid applying to very hot surfaces.
6. Store below +50°C, away from direct sunlight.
7. Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture.
